Deep Office
Deep Office is the underlying software application framework that executes our various software modules. Deep Office enforces security and maintains a consistent look and feel for the end user. The Deep Office page management mechanism ensures that security rules and user privileges are enforced upon every page load. This creates hardened applications that are difficult to subvert. Deep Office performs these tasks.

Security Enforcement
User Management
Menu Management
Layout Standards
Error Trapping
User Access Logging
Transaction Logging

Deep Office can be thought of as the highest security zone that manages all other levels of security. Back Office modules such as Safety Reporting have the highest level of security. Back Office modules are used for general employee access where security is a concern, but high-level security is not necessary. Kiosk and Public modules have security features as well, however, these modules are used for the general public as well as un-authenticated users.

Deep office has these security features

SQL Injection Filtering
Form Filtering
Multiple Authentication Layers
Encrypted Data
Hardened Servers
Subnet Filtering
