Pilot and Crew Hiring Module
Our hiring system offers a streamlined and paperless approach to hiring. The candidate pilot fills out an online questionnaire that includes work experience, education, licensing, flight hours and other information. That data is transferred to the Hiring Office where it is available in the Back Office Recruiting System. The hiring process proceeds through a workflow process and the various hiring stages.
